Return, right of withdrawal and guarantee

How to return an item

Return an item by following these steps:

  1. Return the item you want to return in its original packaging.
  2. Carefully seal the package.
  3. Submit the package to a PostNord agent. Save the receipt as a proof of return.

You will receive your money back no later than 14 days after we have received the package.

The following fees are charged upon return:

Other small and medium-sized goods (packages weighing less than 20 kg) - SEK 79

Bulky goods (packages weighing over 20 kg) - SEK 199

If you want to return more products, it is always the most expensive return fee that should be charged. You as a customer are responsible for your returned goods coming to us. Therefore, note the package's package ID when you send the package from your agent, and ask for a receipt if you do not receive one.

The return shipping cost is automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you regret your purchase and wish to return your entire order, you must contact customer service within 14 days after you have received your order and announce that you wish to cancel your purchase. At this time, you will also get the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase refunded. If you return parts of your order, or do not contact us until after 14 days, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

How to exchange an item

If you want to change your item to another color or model, return the item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the item you want. Once we have handled your return, you will receive your money back minus return shipping. See above for return terms and prices on return shipping.

If at the time of purchase you have used a discount code, quantity discount or the like, you must contact customer service to receive compensation so that you can order again.

Right of withdrawal

When you shop at Dobikids, you have the right to open and test your product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products. A fee can be deducted from your refund if the product is returned in impaired condition. If you regret your purchase, you can return the product and get your money back. You have the right to withdraw for 14 days and the withdrawal period applies from the day you receive your product.
